We want to introduce you to the huge number of opportunities that a career in our NHS can offer. It isn’t a workplace just made up of doctors and nurses, but a creative and diverse workforce of over 350 different roles filled by employees of all academic levels and social backgrounds. Not only is the NHS one of the largest employers in the UK, but it is also invested in keeping its staff happy and within the organisation; offering training and qualifications to develop their team members but also to retrain them should they wish to change to a different job area within the NHS.

We know you think highly of the incredible medical teams within the NHS, but they couldn’t do their jobs without the thousands of other team members supporting and leading them. We look forward to working with you in our workshops and hope that, in the future, you will be standing alongside us.
